This page explains what information the West Brampton Lions Club collects through this website and how we use it. We collect as little as we can.

Forms

When you send the join or contact form, we receive the details you enter (name, email, and optionally phone, interests and message). They are delivered to club volunteers through our private team channel and by email, and are used only to reply to you. We never sell or share them.

Chat assistant

Messages you type in the chat are processed by an automated assistant to answer your question. They are not used to train AI models. If you ask to talk to a member, your name, email and the conversation are passed to club volunteers so they can reply. Chat conversations are deleted automatically after 7 days.

Donations

Online donations are handled by our payment provider on their secure site. We do not see or store card details.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. To block spam, forms and chat may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you are a person without tracking you across sites.
